Orders are normally delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on your location. As soon as your order is shipped you receive a tracking number by email. For the United States, Canada and Latin America, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Each product includes a detailed size guide to help you find the perfect fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

You have 14 days from delivery to contact us and choose one of two options.

Option A – Send it back: you ship the item to us at your own expense and, as soon as it arrives, we send you the replacement free of charge.

Option B – Keep it: you do not send anything back and you get an immediate discount on the replacement: 50% on jerseys, tracksuits and kits, 70% on football shoes.

Products personalised with your own name and number cannot be replaced, unless they arrive defective or wrong.
